All sales of goods by Dexana Pty Ltd are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms cover quotations, pricing, payment, delivery, warranty, liability, software and firmware, and cancellation.

Privacy
Dexana Pty Ltd is committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation.
What information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. This occurs in two circumstances:
- When you complete the contact request form on this website (your name,
email address, phone number, and message); and
- When you subscribe to our newsletter mailing list (your name and email
address).
We do not collect credit card or payment information through this website. Payments are processed securely by eWAY, an independent third-party payment processor, via a link provided on your invoice. Dexana does not have access to your card details at any point.
Our web server may collect non-identifying technical data such as browser type and pages visited. This information is used in aggregate to help us maintain and improve the website and is not linked to any individual.
How we use your information
Information collected through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Information collected through the newsletter signup is used to send you product updates and news from Dexana. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil a transaction (for example, providing delivery details to a freight carrier) or as required by law.
